The Gladiator 493 Grand is available in various engines and transmissions configurations. The entry level version is powered with twin Volvo Penta Diesel D-6 DPI 440 hp inboards offering a top speed in excess of 38 knots.
For the performance fans, she is also offered with twin Volvo Penta D11 - 725 hp
coupled to JDM Special Surface Shafts transmissions for a top speed of 48 knots.
And for the ones who really want to go very fast, she can be powered with outboard engines with triple Mercury 450R, Quad V10-400 hp or triple Mercury V12 - 600 hp
engines for speed of 53 to 58 knots.
