Reluctantly for sale, this is a one of kind iconic Ericson 39. Heavily over invested, owner loss is your gain. Built in 1972 but totally rebuilt over a 7 year period (2012-2019) to a high standard. She is a fantastic sailing vessel achieving boat speeds of 6-8 knots with wind above 10 knots.
Note this is NOT a project boat. She is fully outfitted for cruising and/or racing. All systems were serviced in early 2023. She just returned from cruising the Bahamas and is now in storage on the hard in Fernandina Beach, FL for hurricane season. She's ready to step aboard and sail away.

Apart from all the Pros of this boat it should also be noted that, as with any vessel this age, there is some evidence of osmosis. Boats from this era have very thick hulls and it has no impact on the structual integrity of the boat. The osmosis can be easily remedied on an ongoing basis during the annual haulout.
