Unique opportunity: Completely Refit and Update on 1968 Alberg 30 Voyager Edition hull #342. Refit began in 2015 and completed end of 2017. Vessel purchased from the Owner after update in 2021

Hull Updates

 

Hull and Bottom:

 

Solid fiberglass hull with no blisters evident

  • Inboard gas engine & prop shaft fittings were removed, aperture filled and Nissan 9.8 HP motor in tilt-up outboard well in lazarette for snag free sailing and less drag. (Sails right over crab traps and nets) The tilt-up outboard well has sliding boards to cover the shaft slot.
  • 2 Coats of PETIT TRINIDAD ANTI FOUL PAINT and 1 coat HYDROCOAT ABLATIVE PAINT NOVEMBER 2021
  • All five seacocks replaced 2017
  • Bilge Areas Resealed with epoxy/fiberglass
  • Drogue chain plates installed on transom
  • Replaced bow rubbing strake

  •  Every fastener and fitting has been replaced or removed and rebidded during refit. Exterior teak trim including cockpit comings, varnished in 2021
