CLARITY has been well looked after since new.
Many improvements have been made over the years.
In many ways she is better today than the day she was delivered.
Excellent value for money today. This would be the perfect first boat, or upgrade.
Beautiful looking yacht from the outside - any new owner would be proud.
Check out the master cabin with split level - the bathroom is full beam.
You have great options available for where to dine on board.
Sun deck table is wonderful, and so is the aft deck table.
Don't hesitate to buy this boat, which has already depreciated.
Full "W6" engine rebuild and replacement of the generators... buyer will benefit.
Also note the garage for good size tender and even jetskis as well, if desired.
Aft deck with beautiful quality table and chairs.
Sun deck with hot tub 'Jacuzzi' and space for four sun loungers aft. Midships there is a bar and another high quality table which can be enlarged or reduced in size for dining or coffee table setup.
Also on the sun deck is a flybridge station from where it is a pleasure to navigate.
The main deck salon has a bar and comfortable seating.
Further forward is another beautiful dining table. Everything is in mint condition.
Note there are good windows to allow the guests to enjoy the views from inside.
The decision was made to replace the full carpet with more practical flooring and a rug.
It will be easy to change the flooring if the buyer prefers a different material or finish.
Guests will appreciate the stability from the electric fin stabilizers, at anchor or underway.
Check out the master cabin!
For a yacht costing under €3 million it is amazing to have such space and comfort.
The full beam master cabin has steps leading down to a full beam bathroom.
There is a pop-up TV.
Huge storage space underneath the bathroom floor - the crew appreciate it very much.
Family and friends are going to be equally happy in the wonderful guest cabins.

Located on the main deck, next to the dining room
The galley has a door to the deck, and can be open to allow ventilation.
