If you know the Hurricane product line, you know the 185 SS is a nimble, aggressive deck boat with a bold, efficient design. This particular copy is powered with the highly reliable Suzuki 4 stroke motor with only 107 hrs., and 5hrs since last completed service. This motor is still under warranty. The family friendly cockpit offers a wide, angled back rest on the observer's seat that feels like a sun pad. The interior has stainless steel handles for support and storage under each seat. With the passenger capacity of nine, it still doesn’t feel cramped.
Performance
The 185 SS is dry and well-mannered in any conditions. It has a shallow-draft hull design that provides stability, control, and quick acceleration. A perfect boat for landing on a beach with the access ladder both bow and stern.
