Tender behind is a rare fiberglass Bay Head twin screw skiff built to last and this one is in great shape. Wide open space all around and low hours on the motors. Beautiful teak decks with open space, cockpit chairs, berths below under fiberglass front decks. She needs some varnish on the framing around the windows but is a solid vessel for years to come. Only 30 of the fiberglass versions were built with many different configurations. The Bay Head skiffs were constructed in Point Pleasant NJ where the Garden State Marina building is currently located and they produced wooden hulls and then moved to fiberglass in the 70's. The builder was related to the Johnsons and most of the workers had experience at both yards (Johnson Brothers and the Bay Head Skiff Yard).
